Aluratek vNote Personal Video / Audio Recorder

The Aluratek vNote Personal Audio / Video Recorder 2.9 is a handy, “square record / playback device that lets you leave video notes to family members, roommates, or yourself, to convey the excitement, the hue and body language that often leave written notes out. (Most people can speak much faster with more clarity than they can doodle, too.

Simply by pressing the Record vNote, you can create not only the video notes, but also the visual manifestations of complex family processes: Teach your houseguests sleep late in the five steps of setting up your alarm home and close the door, or how to turn on the TV with three remotes. The vNote accepts a single SD card (not included) up to 32 GB of removable storage 640 x 480 AVI video (with audio). There are also 32 MB internal flash storage up to 30 seconds of recording 320 x 240. When recording on an SD card, 30 seconds of video requires approximately 64 MB of storage, so records vNote 8 minutes of video per gigabyte of storage SD card.

The device has an internal lithium ion battery that recharges in 1.2 hours when connected to a computer’s USB port. (A USB to Mini USB cable included.) Integrated small vNote are in a microphone, a camera, a speaker of 0.5 W and a 1.77 “LCD screen for playback and control during recording.
